Primary & Secondary Pupils Explore Nigeria on Annual School Trip

More than 200 Chester Hills International School pupils from Primary 4 through SSS2 have returned from the school's annual sponsored educational excursion — one of the highlights of the Chester Hills academic calendar.

This year's trip took in cultural and historical landmarks across the region, giving pupils first-hand experience of the diversity, heritage and natural beauty of Nigeria. The excursion is designed to bring classroom learning to life and to build the kind of independence, curiosity and teamwork that no classroom alone can teach.

Staff accompanying the trip noted how enthusiastically pupils engaged with every visit — asking questions, taking notes for class projects and, in many cases, experiencing places they had only ever read about.

The school's Events Committee is already planning the 2025/2026 excursion. Parents interested in sponsorship or partnership opportunities are invited to contact the school office.
